Okay, if there is a hotfix for this, that would be great because just since last night we have been bombarded with logon attempts from the following web hosting companies. It's pretty constant right now. Are hosting companies responsible for this behavior? Should I report this to the FCC? 38.170.231.130 - HostPapa…

We set up something very similar and it worked great, but we had to use a switch that could tag/untag. We had our internal on a 192.168.15.0/24, our printers on 16.0/24, and our guest offices on 17.0/24. All on X0. We were able allow access to the printers to the guests and the internal users this way without allowing the…

These alerts stopped coming in for us on the evening of the the 7th. I think they must have been false positives. We never really found the cause.

For what its worth, I have had some pretty good experiences with customer service. If your client has a service contract, you might try them. 1-888-793-2830 Couple other ideas that come to mind... firewall on host? WAN to LAN access rule I'm looking at our set up and it looks like a previous admin had set up some NAT for…

Have you created your address object for the LAN Network and set allow rules for it from LAN To WAN yet?

If they are just stopping, it might be related to UDP traffic priority. Is there a way to give Teams a higher priority over other Apps and traffic?

just curious... Have you tried the method of enabling then disabling the proxy in Windows network settings? In our experience, just enabling, saving, then disabling fixes it. I would still point to NetExtender as well. Settings -> Network & internet -> Proxy "Set up" -> toggle the Use a proxy server button, Save -> Then…

We still haven't been able to connect with SonicWall regarding this. We are waiting to have a machine that comes in with the issue that we can work with for a while, so we can call in for some screen sharing / packet sniffing with SonicWall support. A couple of things we found: Often, when we would run Fiddler during the…

When we turned on GEO blocking, we basically set it to the whole world except for a few countries in the Americas and Europe. With these locations blocked, we started losing access to email and other Office 365 services. I assumed it was because these services have servers hosted all over the globe. When we turned the GEO…

We are seeing a lot of Xmas Tree packets coming out of China as well. When I see them come from the same IP frequently, I add them to an address object group and set a rule to drop them. Geo-Filtering causes us issues with Office 365 so we have not used it much. Doing it this way is going to create a mess in the address…
